      Energizing bath

      There are different kind of baths for an athlete as for example a bath with refined salt as salt of Brittany, Dead sea or Himalaya which are a real cure-all for muscles pains. During the cold winters the best essential oils are cinnamon, ylang-ylang, basil, rosemary, jasmine, bay tree or ginger, which are known for their warming properties. A further idea for an energizing bath is the citrus bath, where you can add to the water a lemon or an orange cut into pieces rather than the whole fruit.



      These baths are used also as peelings. Moreover the lemon has whitening properties for the skin! If you find a thermal resort in the mountains you can choose a plankton thermal bath!
