      Cleansing mask

      It would be important to do a cleansing mask once a week at least, in order to purifying the skin deeply, especially in the case of composition and oily skin. It is possible to buy different kind of cleansing masks, also just for using once which are very practical in the case of travelling.
      It is also possible to prepare a cleansing mask with easily available and completely natural products, which clean deeply without attacking the skin. This is particularly important for sensitive skins.

      Prepare for example a mask with crushed kiwi and two spoons of natural yogurt, leaving on for at least 15 minutes. After rinse it and continue with the usual face cleansing. A further remedy, always very easy to prepare, is the use of the common crushed brewer’s yeast and mixed with some lukewarm water until obtain a homogeneously batter. You put it on the face and leave it on for 15 minutes, after wash it up and continue with the face cleansing.
