      Pumpkin mask

The pumpkin is not just good for eating, but also for the wellness and beauty. It is rich in beta-carotene and has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidants, soothing and revitalizing properties.

A pumpkin mask for combination and oily skins is easy to prepare. Boil a piece of pumpkin until it becomes very soft and then add a coffee spoon of honey and yogurt.

A variation of the combination and oily skin foresees the addition of 3 spoons of honey and 5 of cream and leave it on for about one hour. A further variation for very dry, stressed or matured skins is the addition of a spoon of honey and one of olive oil.
